1. How long does delivery take?
Ready-to-ship orders arrive in 2–8 business days via free US shipping. Made-to-order configurations take 6–8 weeks — that's the time to build your exact color, cup holder, and charging port combination. We include complimentary in-home setup with every X5.
2. Can I customize the Dynox X5?
Yes. Four covers (Cloud Chenille, Natural Weave, Classic Chenille, Top Grain Leather) across 12 colors, two cup holder options (Integrated or Cooling), two charging ports (USB or Wireless Charging Pad), and six modular accessories — all configurable at checkout. Accessories can also be added later to an existing chair.
3. What's the weight capacity and height range?
The X5 supports users up to 330 lbs. Seat dimensions accommodate heights from 5'4" to 6'4" comfortably. If you're outside this range, email us your measurements before ordering and we'll confirm fit — or recommend a different Dynox configuration.
4. Is the lift motor strong enough for daily use?
The lift motor shifts your weight forward and raises the seat to standing height with a gentle, controlled motion. It rises with you, not against you. All five motors run quietly — no grinding, no jerking, no assembly-line hum.
5. How does the extended footrest work for taller users?
The extended footrest supports legs up to 6'4" without leaving a gap. For shorter users, the footrest can be positioned partway. It moves independently of the backrest, so you can have your legs extended while sitting upright.
6. What's included with my order?
One Dynox X5 recliner configured to your choices, fully assembled and ready to use after placement. Free standard shipping within the continental US. No assembly required beyond plugging it in. Complimentary in-home setup is included with every X5.
7. What if the chair isn't right for me?
60 days to try it risk-free. If it's not right, we arrange free return pickup — no restocking fees, no questions. Refund processed within 5 business days of pickup.
8. What does the 3-year warranty cover?
Frame, padding, and fabric/upholstery are covered for 3 years against manufacturing defects from delivery. The motors, lift mechanism, and controller are covered for 2 years, and the charging and cooling electronics for 1 year. The first year also includes limited complimentary in-home service at our discretion — see our Warranty page for full details.
